Dahshur Today is an initiative launched by a group of friends based in Dahshur with the aim of developing rural tourism in their village. They propose tailored tours including visits to the Dahshur pyramids, ‘slow food’ lunch, and walks in the palm groves by King Farouk Lake. Through Al Ryada and Al Mostaqbal NGOs, they support local women working in handicraft and traditional rural food.
